Cuando criminales decidieron cercenarle los dedos de sus patas delanteras a Pay de Lim\u00f3n no hubo nadie que levantara la voz por \u00e9l, se convirti\u00f3 en uno m\u00e1s de los animales en situaci\u00f3n de calle que son maltratados e ignorados, fue gracias al rescate oportuno de Milagros Caninos que Pay pudo volver a correr y, sobre todo, confiar en las personas. Pay de Lim\u00f3n se convirti\u00f3 en un emblema del maltrato animal, pero como \u00e9l existen animales que jam\u00e1s recibieron una segunda oportunidad, a los que nadie pudo auxiliar y murieron desprotegidos e ignorados. Por casos como este y otros m\u00e1s, presentamos<\/span> en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados la iniciativa \u00ab10 X Los Animales<\/span>\u00ab, la cual propone la creaci\u00f3n de la primer Ley General de Bienestar Animal<\/span>. Te invitamos a conocer de qu\u00e9 se trata esta iniciativa as\u00ed como al singular acompa\u00f1ante de <\/em>ANIMAL HEROES<\/em><\/span> para esta visita a los legisladores mexicanos. <\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\"La<\/p>\n

ANIMAL HEROES<\/span><\/strong> present\u00f3 en d\u00edas pasados ante la C\u00e1mara de Diputados del H. Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n una iniciativa de ley que incluye 10 puntos esenciales para el Bienestar Animal en M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, los cuales forman parte de la campa\u00f1a de \u00ab10 X los Animales<\/span><\/strong>\u00ab, para esta ocasi\u00f3n se acudi\u00f3 a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados en compa\u00f1\u00eda de la actriz Sherlyn<\/strong>, Milagros Caninos <\/strong>y Pay de Lim\u00f3n<\/strong>, emblema del maltrato animal para recordar a los legisladores que actualmente en M\u00e9xico s\u00f3lo se cuenta con leyes estatales en materia de bienestar animal, sin embargo, \u00e9stas no est\u00e1n alineadas para asegurar un verdadero bienestar animal en todo el pa\u00eds, ya que la gran mayor\u00eda carece de los reglamentos y normatividad necesarios para ser aplicables.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo censo del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (INEGI) existen 45, 879, 959 personas mayores de 18 a\u00f1os que cuentan con alg\u00fan tipo de animal de compa\u00f1\u00eda, lo que significa que el 56.85<\/strong>%<\/span> del total de poblaci\u00f3n adulta del pa\u00eds report\u00f3, en la \u00faltima encuesta del INEGI en 2014, que tiene bajo su responsabilidad el bienestar y cuidados de alg\u00fan animal, es por esto que es necesario que se legisle con responsabilidad al respecto.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pero, y si existe tanta gente con animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda \u00bf<\/span><\/strong>qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 fallando para garantizar la protecci\u00f3n de los animales en M\u00e9xico?<\/span><\/strong>, \u00bf<\/strong><\/span>por qu\u00e9 sigue habiendo tantos perros y gatos en la calle susceptibles a maltrato?<\/span><\/strong>  <\/span><\/p>\n

Uno de los causales de esta situaci\u00f3n es la escasa cultura al respecto de la esterilizaci\u00f3n de los animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda, lo que nos ha posicionado como el pa\u00eds latinoamericano con un mayor n\u00famero de perros y gatos en situaci\u00f3n de calle, aunado a otros factores como el abandono y la compra venta.<\/span><\/p>\n

10 X los Animales<\/span><\/strong> busca precisamente atender el problema de ra\u00edz, siendo una iniciativa de convocatoria abierta<\/strong>, a la que se han sumado hasta el momento los diputados, Federico D\u00f6ring, Brenda Borunda, Fernando Rubio, Ver\u00f3nica Delgadillo, Ariadna Montiel Reyes, Alejandra Gutierrez Campos, H\u00e9ctor Barrera Marmolejo, Karina Padilla \u00c1vila y Luz Argelia Paniagua Figueroa, con el objeto de promover mediante acciones concretas el bienestar no s\u00f3lo de perros y gatos, sino de todos los animales.  <\/span><\/p>\n

Estos son los puntos resumidos que contempla 10 X LOS ANIMALES<\/strong><\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n

          \nse podr\u00e1n destinar los recursos suficientes para su correcta atenci\u00f3n y creaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que puedan asegurarles una verdadera. Para ello, ser\u00e1 necesaria la expedici\u00f3n de cartillas oficiales<\/strong>, expedidas solo por MVZ certificados y avaladas por folios oficiales emitidos por SAGARPA.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
