Por si fuera poco, realiz\u00f3 este acto enfrente de sus hijos menores de edad, violentando as\u00ed su derecho a una vida sin violencia, ante lo cual el gobierno de Coahuila decidi\u00f3 actuar y establecer un precedente, dict\u00e1ndole sentencia penal al agresor.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por primera vez en Coahuila, la Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente emiti\u00f3 una sentencia judicial por delitos en contra de los animales, esto al recibir la denuncia contra Israel Alonso Segura, quien tras discutir con su pareja, decapit\u00f3 con un machete a un perro de raza chihuahua, por lo que las autoridades estatales han establecido una sanci\u00f3n de <strong>3 a\u00f1os y 5 meses de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong>, as\u00ed como pagos por concepto de multa y reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Es importante mencionar que esta&nbsp;sentencia se logr\u00f3 gracias al proceso judicial que se inici\u00f3 y se mantuvo en observaci\u00f3n hasta el final del mismo, pues sin continuidad o una denuncia m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las redes sociales, las sentencias podr\u00edan <strong>nunca llegar.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cCon acciones como esta, el Gobierno del Estado de Coahuila y el Poder Judicial del Estado demuestran su firme inter\u00e9s por desarrollar una sociedad sana, libre de violencia, de respeto y cuidado a todas las formas de vida que integran nuestros ecosistemas\u201d, expres\u00f3&nbsp;Emilio Darwich Garza, titular de la <strong>Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente<\/strong> de Coahuila.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El caso de Israel Alonso sienta un precedente en la entidad para que se respete y se les d\u00e9 un trato digno a los animales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Desde hace algunos a\u00f1os se ha argumentado que la violencia contra los animales y contra las personas se encuentra directamente relacionada. Israel Alonso no es la excepci\u00f3n, y aqu\u00ed radica la importancia de sentenciar y atender a toda persona que maltrate a un animal.
