{"id":5031,"date":"2017-01-24T13:50:29","date_gmt":"2017-01-24T19:50:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.beanimalheroes.org\/?p=5031"},"modified":"2020-08-23T03:38:13","modified_gmt":"2020-08-23T03:38:13","slug":"presentan-cadaveres-de-perros-y-gatos-para-pedir-leyes-a-favor-de-los-animales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/beanimalheroes.org\/blog\/2017\/01\/24\/presentan-cadaveres-de-perros-y-gatos-para-pedir-leyes-a-favor-de-los-animales\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTAN CAD\u00c1VERES DE PERROS Y GATOS PARA PEDIR LEYES A FAVOR DE LOS ANIMALES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cada a\u00f1o m\u00e1s de 30,000 perros y gatos son asesinados tan solo en Quer\u00e9taro por el hecho de no tener hogar, por lo cual en un acto se presentaron 30 cad\u00e1veres de manera simb\u00f3lica, representando a aquellos animales que mueren en anonimato, esto con el objetivo de generar conciencia del problema y proponer <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">soluciones<\/span> al respecto.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ante el hecho de que m\u00e1s de 30,000 perros y gatos son asesinados en Quer\u00e9taro en refugios y unidades de control animal, el pasado s\u00e1bado 21 de enero, 30 activistas con el apoyo de la Facultad de Ciencias Naturales de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Quer\u00e9taro, sostuvieron <strong>30 cad\u00e1veres<\/strong> de perros y gatos frente a Los Arcos de Quer\u00e9taro, representando a los <strong>m\u00e1s de 30,000 perros y gatos<\/strong> que mueren cada a\u00f1o en el estado por no tener hogar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El objetivo del acto fue <strong>concientizar<\/strong> a la sociedad queretana sobre el sufrimiento de los animales m\u00e1s queridos por m\u00e1s de la mitad de los mexicanos y las afectaciones que provocan a la sociedad, proponiendo nuevas <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>soluciones<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Una de estas soluciones es la campa\u00f1a nacional <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>10 X Los Animales<\/strong><\/span> (<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.10xlosanimales\">www.10xlosanimales<\/a>.org), que busca la creaci\u00f3n de leyes modernas de protecci\u00f3n y bienestar animal en todo el pa\u00eds, la cual fue lanzada por <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>ANIMAL HEROES<\/strong><\/span> en febrero de 2016 con el apoyo y compa\u00f1\u00eda de voceros como <strong>Eugenio Derbez<\/strong>, <strong>Marco Antonio Regil<\/strong>, <strong>Sherlyn<\/strong> y <strong>Pay de Lim\u00f3n<\/strong> (el perro rescatado y rehabilitado por Milagros Caninos A.C. luego de que un grupo delictivo le cortara las patas delanteras para practicar la mutilaci\u00f3n).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De implementarse esta campa\u00f1a, Quer\u00e9taro se convertir\u00eda en el <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>PRIMER ESTADO<\/strong><\/span> que termine definitiva y humanitariamente con la sobrepoblaci\u00f3n de animales en situaci\u00f3n de calle, legislando a favor de la <strong>regulaci\u00f3n de cr\u00eda<\/strong> y <strong>venta de animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/strong>, identificaci\u00f3n permanente y registro de animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda, registro de veterinarios, entrenadores, rescatistas y refugios, al igual que promoviendo de la <strong>esterilizaci\u00f3n masiva<\/strong> de animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda y obligaciones de<\/span> <span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>tutela responsable<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/ah2019.lossilvestresnosonmascotas.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Animal_H_Qro-06-768x512-1.jpg\" alt=\"La imagen tiene un atributo ALT vac\u00edo; su nombre de archivo es Animal_H_Qro-06-768x512-1.jpg\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\"><br \/>\nFotograf\u00eda: Laura E. Meillon &#8211; Atma Foto<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De legislar al respecto, Quer\u00e9taro se colocar\u00eda a la altura de pa\u00edses como Holanda, que hoy ya no tiene perros en situaci\u00f3n de calle, habiendo establecido medidas similares de tutela responsable, aunque a diferencia de lo que ocurre en Holanda, en Quer\u00e9taro <strong>NO<\/strong> se cobrar\u00edan impuestos por tener animales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Resolver el problema de la sobrepoblaci\u00f3n de animales en situaci\u00f3n de calle, no solo beneficia a los animales, puesto que la cantidad de heces fecales que se secan y pulverizan, los accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito, los ataques y enfermedades, afectan tambi\u00e9n a las personas, generando perjuicios y gastos en salud y seguridad que se pagan con impuestos de los contribuyentes, los cuales de la misma manera financ\u00edan la matanza de los mencionados 30,000 animales por a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/ah2019.lossilvestresnosonmascotas.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Animal_H_Qro-02-2-768x512-1.jpg\" alt=\"La imagen tiene un atributo ALT vac\u00edo; su nombre de archivo es Animal_H_Qro-02-2-768x512-1.jpg\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\">Fotograf\u00eda: Laura E.
