Fotograf\u00eda: PACMA<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Como se dio a conocer el a\u00f1o pasado, la <strong><em>Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Colima (CDHEC) <\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;emiti\u00f3 en febrero de 2016 una medida cautelar&nbsp;para evitar la entrada de menores de edad a las corridas de toros que se presenten en los municipios del estado de Colima, en particular durante los festejos Charrotaurinos del Municipio Villa de \u00c1lvarez. La CDHEC inform\u00f3 que esta recomendaci\u00f3n pretende <strong>salvaguardar el bienestar f\u00edsico y psicol\u00f3gico de las ni\u00f1as y los ni\u00f1os<\/strong>, al evitar que los menores presencien o participen en espect\u00e1culos taurinos en las que se ejecutan actos de<strong> violencia en contra de los animales<\/strong> y en donde existe un riesgo f\u00edsico para los propios menores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A pesar de lo urgente que resulta alejar a los menores de edad de eventos violentos, la recomendaci\u00f3n se\u00f1alada sigue sin ser acatada por el Municipio de Villa de \u00c1lvarez, cuya alcaldesa afirm\u00f3 a medios locales que <em>\u201c\u2026son los padres de familia quienes deben decidir c\u00f3mo educar a sus hijos, y no el municipio o una recomendaci\u00f3n de la CDHEC\u2026\u201d<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dicho argumento atenta contra el inter\u00e9s superior del menor, ya que ignora que la recomendaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 basada en estudios cient\u00edficos que demuestra la <strong>afectaci\u00f3n emocional y psicol\u00f3gica<\/strong> que les genera a los menores presenciar dichos espect\u00e1culos, y es claro que es responsabilidad del Estado regular el cuidado de los menores, impidiendo \u2013por ejemplo- su entrada a <strong>bares<\/strong>, <strong>centros nocturnos<\/strong>, e incluso ver <strong>pel\u00edculas clasificaci\u00f3n C<\/strong> en el cine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img sancionadoras, es decir, que depende de los Ayuntamientos y\/o del Congreso del estado el tomar en cuenta estas recomendaciones para armonizar las legislaciones locales con los acuerdos
