{"id":9335,"date":"2020-01-14T12:29:31","date_gmt":"2020-01-14T18:29:31","guid":{"rendered":"\/?p=9335"},"modified":"2020-08-22T05:08:46","modified_gmt":"2020-08-22T05:08:46","slug":"el-caso-mati-y-como-la-zoofilia-es-un-peligro-para-todos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/beanimalheroes.org\/blog\/2020\/01\/14\/el-caso-mati-y-como-la-zoofilia-es-un-peligro-para-todos\/","title":{"rendered":"El caso Mati y c\u00f3mo la Zoofilia es un peligro para todos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El caso Mati ha conmocionado a la sociedad mexicana, sin embargo el agresor podr\u00eda salir libre tras pagar una multa, pese a los riesgos que ello implica para la sociedad. &nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;Recientemente la atenci\u00f3n de la sociedad se centr\u00f3 en el caso de la perrita <\/span><b>Mati<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, una cachorra de 8 meses de edad que falleci\u00f3 a causa de las lesiones infligidas por \u201cMartin N\u201d en un terrible caso de abuso sexual. El imputado se encuentra actualmente en el penal de Neza Bordo (Estado de M\u00e9xico) esperando la segunda audiencia que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo ma\u00f1ana 15 de enero de 2020, en la que se determinar\u00e1 su sentencia. Las posibles penas pueden ir desde 3 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel, hasta una multa administrativa.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Muchos animales, como Mati, han sido v\u00edctimas de crueldad animal, sin embargo los culpables han quedado libres tras pagar una multa administrativa pero \u00bfCu\u00e1l es el riesgo que representan personas como \u201cMart\u00edn N\u201d para la sociedad?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Departamento de Justicia de Estados Unidos\u00b9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ha descrito una fuerte <strong>relaci\u00f3n entre la<\/strong> <strong>crueldad animal<\/strong> y otros tipos de conductas antisociales, especialmente <strong>abuso sexual<\/strong> a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y mujeres, violencia intrafamiliar, trata de personas y maltrato a personas de la tercera edad. Gran cantidad de criminales violentos han declarado que empezaron torturando animales hasta que esto dej\u00f3 de satisfacerlos y al no haber sido castigados, sus niveles de violencia escalaron, encontrando placer ahora con seres humanos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter lazyload\" procesado por el delito de zoofilia y maltrato animal tiene una gran probabilidad de reincidir e incluso agraviar sus comportamientos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">En el caso particular de Mati, los denunciantes describieron al presunto agresor, \u201cMart\u00edn N\u201d, como un \u201calcoh\u00f3lico de comportamientos violentos, quien constantemente habla de sexo y tiene comportamientos muy raros con los ni\u00f1os\u201d, por lo que dejarlo en libertad bajo fianza, pone en riesgo a todas las personas cercanas a \u00e9l.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pidamos a las autoridades que se aplique la pena m\u00e1xima estipulada por la Ley y que el agresor no salga en libertad sin pagar su condena y recibir el tratamiento psicol\u00f3gico necesario; que la muerte de Mati no sea en vano, que su agon\u00eda deje un antecedente para futuros casos de v\u00edctimas de maltrato y zoofilia.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Desde AH seguiremos exigiendo que se haga justicia y que el maltrato y la crueldad hacia los animales sea castigada sin excepciones, por el
