AGUASCALIENTES, <span style=\"color: #82bc00;\">QUE CUMPLAN CON LAS MEDIDAS DE SANIDAD OBLIGATORIAS EMITIDAS POR EL CONSEJO DE SALUBRIDAD GENERAL Y CANCELEN CUALQUIER ACTIVIDAD RELACIONADA CON EVENTOS TAURINOS<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Por medio de las redes sociales tuvimos conocimiento que se pretenden realizar corridas de toros, para ser transmitidas \u201cen vivo\u201d por medio del Canal 26 de Aguascalientes.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">El evento anterior se\u00f1ala, en la imagen compartida por medio de la cuenta oficial de la Feria Nacional de San Marcos que se acompa\u00f1a a esta nota, cuentan con el auspicio del Gobierno de Aguascalientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright lazyload\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\" data-src=\"https:\/\/ah2019.lossilvestresnosonmascotas.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/DEFENSA-ANIMAL-HEROES-Tauromaquia-AGS-1-X-241x300-1.jpg\" alt=\"La imagen tiene un atributo ALT vac\u00edo; su nombre de archivo es DEFENSA-ANIMAL-HEROES-Tauromaquia-AGS-1-X-241x300-1.jpg\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" \/><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Si lo anterior es cierto, se\u00f1alamos que quien realice o permita la realizaci\u00f3n de eventos taurinos, aun siendo de car\u00e1cter privado, <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: inherit;\"><u>estar\u00edan violando lo establecido por el<\/u><\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: inherit;\"><u>Consejo de Salubridad General en las \u201cMedidas de Seguridad Sanitaria\u201d, publicadas en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el 31 de marzo de 2020<\/u>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Las medidas de seguridad sanitaria emitidas por el Consejo de Salubridad General, tienen el car\u00e1cter de <strong><u>normas obligatorias de aplicaci\u00f3n general en todo el territorio nacional<\/u><\/strong>, en atenci\u00f3n a lo dispuesto por el art\u00edculo 73, fracci\u00f3n XVI, Base 1a., de la Constituci\u00f3n, la cual dispone que:<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><em>\u201c<strong>El Consejo de Salubridad General<\/strong> depender\u00e1 directamente del Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, sin intervenci\u00f3n de ninguna Secretar\u00eda de Estado, <strong>y sus disposiciones generales ser\u00e1n obligatorias en el pa\u00eds<\/strong>\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">En congruencia con lo anterior, se contemplan, entre otras medidas de seguridad sanitaria, las que la Secretar\u00eda de Salud debe dictar, inmediatamente, en caso de epidemia de car\u00e1cter grave, as\u00ed como el aislamiento y la suspensi\u00f3n de trabajos y de servicios, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por los art\u00edculos 181 y 404, fracciones I y VII, respectivamente, de la Ley General de Salud.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">En las mencionadas \u201cMedidas\u201d se se\u00f1alaron, de manera puntual, cu\u00e1les son las actividades que se consideran esenciales y que podr\u00edan seguir desarroll\u00e1ndose, <strong><u>sin que en momento alguno se permitieran actividades relacionadas con eventos taurinos.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Se\u00f1alamos y advertimos a los involucrados en estas actividades, <strong><u>que su realizaci\u00f3n resultar\u00eda ilegal y, adem\u00e1s, implican un acto de profundo ego\u00edsmo e irresponsabilidad<\/u><\/strong>, <strong><u>ya que, en caso de que alguien resulte lastimado, tendr\u00eda que ser atendido en hospitales que, en la emergencia sanitaria por la que el pa\u00eds est\u00e1 atravesando, deben ser destinados \u00fanicamente a tratar pacientes urgentes y no a quienes, de manera ilegal, realizan actividades no esenciales.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La realizaci\u00f3n de la actividad que nos ocupa, con la finalidad de ser transmitida en vivo, adem\u00e1s de no ser considerada como esencial y a\u00fan siendo a puerta cerrada, implica, evidentemente, la concentraci\u00f3n de personas, lo cual es una grave irresponsabilidad por el riesgo de contagio.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Hacemos un llamado a los involucrados para que eviten la realizaci\u00f3n de este evento taurino, ya que <span style=\"color: #82bc00;\"><strong>NO ES ESENCIAL, EST\u00c1N EXPONIENDO A PERSONAS A SER CONTAGIADAS Y PODR\u00cdAN NECESITAR ATENCI\u00d3N HOSPITALARIA, QUE, EN ESTE MOMENTO, EST\u00c1 DESTINADA A COMBATIR LA PANDEMIA RELACIONADA CON EL COVID-19<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Comunicaremos esta situaci\u00f3n a la Secretar\u00eda de Salud Federal, a la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n, a la Secretar\u00eda de Salud del Estado de Aguascalientes, al Gobernador del Estado de Aguascalientes y a todas las autoridades que tienen competencia para sancionar estas irresponsables conductas.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Las <span style=\"color: #82bc00;\"><strong>corridas de toros son crueles y promueven la violencia<\/strong><\/span>, en <span style=\"color:
